This year german business magazine Focus in cooperation with Statista present again the 500 fastest growing comanies in Germany and honor the achievements of these "Generation Global"-players for economy and society. The awarded "Wachstumschampions 2018" from various fields of industry act as innovators and thus secure the long term growth in Germany by living the corporate philosophy in an exemplary manner inside-out perspective. This award can be set as another milestone in the almost 10 years lasting company history, next to the this year's succesful implementation of the DIN ISO 9001:2015 certification. The course in the direction of a further international growth path has been set and new sites in the netherlands or belgium will be set in the following 5 years. 

Convent has a new office (adress) in Oldenburg, Germany, mainly due to the amazing growth rate from 2016 until now. Regarding any question of personnel interest (Disposition of staff etc.) the  HR Management is from now on located at the
